The relationship between coffee and morning is strong, but one of Maraville's problem as a coffee shop is their lack of morning customers. We did some research on the main audience. #SelamatPagiRumah campaign was made to increase Maraville's morning sales by adding emotional touch that is relatable by the audience. Our idea was simple, yet very effective. Free breakfast for college students who give a good morning call and greetings for their far-away parents.
For quite some time, our morning view at Maraville was tear-jerking. It was a month full of emotional scenes there. ðŸ˜
